My teeth look OUTSTANDING! I always let people know about you and your staff, and how lucky I am to have you as a dentist. 

Dr. Gupta was very good with pulling my teeth and made me feel comfortable and later on called my house to check on how my mouth was feeling I was glad he did it shows dedication and how much he cares for his patients.

Going to the Dentist is one of the dreads of my life, but Dr. Gupta and his staff makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Gupta and his staff are AWESOME! They are professional but not "clinical" or cold - they're all very caring and concerned in a sincere and genuine way. They are also on top of things, organized and really "with it". Dr. Gupta has a wonderful "bedside manner" - a combination of serious competence (which instills confidence that you are in good hands), and relaxed chitchat (which puts you at ease).

Very friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed so I wasn't as nervous as I normally get at a dentist appointment.

The staff is always very welcoming. Alexis always is smiling and laid back. I like that everyone in the office is so friendly. I always know what to expect as far as what is being done and what I am financially responsible for. I am always very pleased and happy with my appointments and the work that is being done. There are no complaints what so ever. I have to admit I even brag about how awesome you guys are to my family and friends :)

Explained everything prior to the procedures. Worked with me to determine priority of work needing to be done. VERY concerned about my comfort.

The staff at North Ridgeville Dentistry is the Best!! They are all very professional. Everyone goes out of there way to make sure you understand any procedures you are having done, how much time, and the cost.

I had to have major dental (or atleast I would call it that). On a Saturday afternoon I had a crown of 25 years break and called the office and I got a return call from /Dr. Gupta within 15 minutes.I needed his advise as to what to get to hold this tooth in until he could see me. Dr. Gupta had me come in before the office opened on Monday morning. He explained all my options. He is extreamly knowledgeable, and concerned about all his patient's. I have always had an EXCELLENT experience with everyone. And I tell everyone about the experiences I have had.

Thank you so much for making it a painless procedure. I also appreciate your follow-up call. I did not want to bother you on your vacation since I was not in any pain after the procedure. Thank you for everything you did!

Dr. Ankur Gupta is a special individual. He is friendly and seems genuinely respectful and concerned about his staff and patients. Dr. Gupta tries very hard to make his service affordable to as many people as possible, where a great number in his profession don't seem to be concerned with anything other than getting the most money for the least amount of time spent. He also treats his staff well, this is a trait not lost on everybody. I recognized and appreciated his demeanor and kind nature. Thank you.

Saturday hours, the dentists was great, and going to the dentist is like going to the dentist! but he made the experience easy and somewhat painless. I thank him for the services.

Very friendly. Social type conversation between doctor and nurse, doctor and patient, nurse and patient made me feel relaxed. I've been to other dentists where there is NO conversation at all, and you feel just like a number.

I think it is great that Dr. Gupta will answer the phone if he's in the office. It's a nice personal touch and shows he really cares about his patients.

Dr. Gupta and his staff really care about your teeth and oral health, and it shows. They will work on things to make sure they're great and you're happy with the results. I personally could not be more thrilled with my chipped front tooth now. After years of getting it bonded, just to have it crack, chip or flake off and do it all over again, I now have a perfect tooth (or as close to perfect as humanly possible). I got a veneer, and I couldn't be happier with it! I told everyone in the office that it was the fist time in 33 years that my 2 front teeth actually matched each other. I couldn't be more pleased with the color, shape and function of my tooth!! Thanks Dr. Gupta and staff!!

We love you guys!!! You're awesome. People think my kids are nuts when they talk about how much they like going to the dentist!!! The doctor's personality and that of his staff compliment each other. No one seems to be under pressure or stressed. This reflects a good environment.
