Thank you Veterans!

Since 2015, Dr. Gupta and Dr. Nisha and their team  have been honoring veterans by providing a day of free dental service. We are so thrilled we have been able to provide over 1800 free services over the last seven years!

If you are a veteran, Tuesday, November 12, 2022, 9:00am-4pm, we will be providing free dental services, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions. There are two ways to make sure you are seen that day.

1. You can call and make an appointment
2. You can walk-in. In case you decide walking-in is your best option, the earlier you arrive, the better.

All dental services will be provided at North Ridgeville Family Dentistry, 34100 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. To access the office, you turn on Emerald Street (off of Center Ridge Road) and take the second driveway on the right hand side. Entrance to the office is through the back of the building.

When you sign-in, a health care provider will take your medical history, so please be sure to bring a list of all of your medications. You then choose which service you would like–a cleaning, a filling, or getting a tooth pulled. You may have a short waiting period. In order to wait as little time as possible, an appointment is recommended. When it is your turn to be seen, you will be taken to the dental operatory for your procedure. If you would like more than one service, you are welcome to get back in line for that service. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to have at least one service, so a second service is not guaranteed.

You will be given a set of home care instructions at the end of your appointment.

This past year has brought many challenges to the health care system. Because of this, we will be asking that all of our volunteers and veterans keep masks on at all times while they are indoors.

I can’t find your office!
For those of you that have never visited us before, the office can be challenging to find. The address is 34100 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. The front of the building has a large "State Farm” sign. To access our office, turn on Emerald Street off of Center Ridge Road and take a right at the second driveway on the right hand side.  Our entrance is through the back of the building.

What free dental work is offered?
For Veteran’s Day we are offering either a free cleaning, filling, or extraction.

Can I get more than one service?
When you arrive, you will be asked to choose one service. If you would like a second service, we would kindly ask that you wait until we have been able to accommodate everyone until we can offer a second service. This is so we get a chance to see everyone at least one time.

Will I be waiting a long time?
Wait times will depend on how many people come in for the day. If you would like a shorter wait time, we would recommend calling ahead of time and making an appointment. The phone number is 440-327-0027 and you just have to mention you want to come in on Veteran’s Day.

Where will I wait?
Because of Covid-19, we will not be gathering a big group of people in our waiting area as we have in the past. We will have as many people in our waiting area as we can socially distanced. After we have reached our capacity in our waiting area, you may be asked to wait outside or in your car.

Will there be special Covid-19 protocols?
Yes! We kindly ask that you wear a mask while you are indoors. As always, we take immense pride in our infection control protocols and we will be disinfecting and sterilizing according to OSHA standards. As an extra safety precaution, we have several HEPA filters throughout the office that are running at all times. We also have several extra-oral suctions that prevent the distribution of aerosols throughout the office.
